Return Policy

Return Policy:
Customers may not request the return of products, electrical parts, or equipment needed to operate the devices unless there is a manufacturing defect, prior to installation or filter replacement. This defect is discovered by our technicians and before the technician leaves the installation site. The product or part will be replaced with another of the same type and at the same purchase price within 48 hours of its delivery by our technician and the seller’s acceptance of the returned part or device.
However, the device, spare parts, or equipment needed for operation may not be returned if the device has been installed and operated by our technician and the customer has waited a period during operation.
